About us

The company was founded in 2002 by four former consultants and currently employs more than 50 consultants. Our head office is located in Gräfelfing near Munich - a further branch office is located in Vienna.

Our primary goal is to provide objective advice and sustainable project success for our clients. As an owner-managed company, we guarantee this through entrepreneurial thinking, partnership-based cooperation and the highest quality standards.

Projects throughout Europe

Our customers are global players who operate worldwide. CALEO has been internationally oriented from the very beginning, although we focus primarily on the European market.

We have carried out projects in various countries within and outside Europe (including Mexico and South Korea). In addition, we support our customers with employee training worldwide.

Our clients

The majority of our clients are well-known European companies. Projects are carried out in English or German and, to a lesser extent, in other languages such as French or Spanish.

Depending on customer requirements and the situation, we support our customers on site or via remote service.

CALEO offers comprehensive consulting services: From analyzing your requirements and problems to implementing the solution, operating the application and training your staff. We believe that the guarantee of successful implementation for finance projects is excellent expertise and not mere manpower. In order to implement a project successfully and at minimum cost, knowledge of group accounting is just as essential as specialist technical knowledge.
We are convinced that this goal can only be achieved by teams of consultants with different backgrounds. This is why CALEO employs mathematicians and physicists as well as business economists and IT specialists. From day one at CALEO, all consultants undergo targeted and continuous further training in order to be able to deal with all relevant business and technical issues. To underline our high quality standards, all employees take an examination to become a "certified SAP consultant".
